We setup and use open source software to run the site (content management systems), which means you are paying for our support and technical skills, whilst you benefit from the huge open source community providing software often used by small and large corporates alike. We will provide you with search engine listing and search engine optimization (SEO) support and setup all your initial website pages for you. Next is where Vectis Solutions comes into its own. We will create all your email accounts and update your site with any new components available for the system (cms) that your site uses over the service periods. This can be security updates, bug fixes or just new versions with new features. We also make regular backups for our clients using our Gold Website Package. Giving you a piece of mind that many other website companies don't provide. Also all the sites we setup use content management systems (cms's) that allow you to log in and update the pages yourself. It's a very similar experience to using a word processor application. So you can create a page, upload a photo and publish at whatever time of day you want. However for the first year and for as long as your a client paying a hosting fee, Vectis Solutions doesn't mind updating an existing page for you or adding a simple page, without any additional fee.
